Job Summary: VANMOH CHIT FUNDS PRIVATE LIMITED We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Manager to drive business growth in Singanallur REGION. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with our clients. Initially, this is an individual contributor role focused on direct sales and business development.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

· Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.

· Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

· Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales strategies.

· Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

· 3 + years of proven experience in field sales is preferred.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

·Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working specifically with chit funds.

Familiarity with local customs and practices related to financial transactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
