Field Sales Manager

Supervise plant operations to ensure compliance with legal and company standards. Monitor and control wastewater treatment processes, including STP /ETP systems. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase revenue growth through sales of water treatment services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to wastewater management Plan sales activities, including customer visits and lead generation, to meet targets. Prepare forecasts and reports on sales activities, monitoring budgets, and identifying industry trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide technical support and guidance to customers on STP/ETP solutions.
