Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service while managing client relationships in the field. This role requires strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to achieving targets. The Field Executive will play a crucial role in representing our brand and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights using IT tools.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for management review.
