Field Sales Executive

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective account management and sales strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to engage with clients both in-person and remotely. The Field Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and enhancing client relationships.

Duties

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking opportunities for upselling.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure seamless communication and support for clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing accounts, and reporting on sales activities.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and promote our services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record in account management.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building relationships.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in both inside sales and outside sales is a plus.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
