Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
Promote and sell Luka Healthcare's range of medical devices and products.
Demonstrate product usage and provide after-sales support and training when necessary.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and market insights.
Travel within the assigned territory to generate leads and close sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional events and campaigns.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma
Proven field sales experience in healthcare or medical devices fresher intrested in field sales are also welcome.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
