Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Barasat-I. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for building relationships and working closely with retailers, wholesalers, and shop owners to drive sales. Daily tasks will include conducting sales visits, presenting product lines, negotiating deals, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, especially in the retail or fashion industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients
Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
Familiarity with the local market and understanding of customer needs in the kids' fashion segment
Proficiency in sales CRM software and basic computer skills

salary: 12k-14k+incentive/work on commission
