We are hiring a Field-Based Marketing & Operations Manager who will be responsible for identifying strategic locations for Petfolk grooming pods and overseeing daily operations of our grooming vans in Hyderabad. Responsibilities: Identify, visit, and secure locations like malls, tech parks, residential communities, and supermarkets for grooming pods. Initiate partnerships by negotiating with mall managers, commercial property owners, and RWAs. Handle documentation and coordination for onboarding new locations. Monitor daily grooming van operations – route planning, punctuality, service quality, and overall performance. Conduct field audits, manage van schedules, and communicate daily updates to the operations team. Coordinate with groomers and drivers to ensure smooth delivery of services. Support field-level marketing and customer engagement activities.
