Job Description: Marketing Manager JD Title Description Marketing Calendar Planning Assist IN marketing lead in proactive planning of marketing campaigns by interlocking with Lenovo & alliance partners business team by understanding the business needs Drive independently , Regular & Proactive interlocks with Sales / Channel teams & alliance partners to ensure flawless planning & execution of activities Marketing Campaigns Execution & Program managementGenerate leads for sales teams by planning & executing the following activities:Digital / social campaigns to generate Top of the funnel universe [Marketing Ready Leads] Lenovo events / webinars: Manage independently, flawless project execution of marketing webinars / events thru closely working & managing all 3rd party agencies (event, media, analyst houses, etc) and internal stakeholders. Drive the messaging and execution for the events and other marketing programs to drive leads and qualified opportunities. Tele Lead Generation: Manage Tele lead generation programs for various products lines to generate pipeline for sales teams Channel Co marketing: Independently plan and manage end to end execution of Channel Co marketing campaigns, such as B2B webinars / events with the channel partners, enablement & other activation programs Business Outcome & ROI Tracking of marketing activities Marketing MDF KPIs attainment [MRLs, MQLs, SQOs, Pipeline & Revenue] Attainment of business KPIs as per the approved plan: Tight & close tracking of sales follow up: Independently ensuring [SQOs, Pipe & Revenue] movement as per target by following up with sales / segment stakeholders on leads Analyse lead flow and contribution to revenue and evaluate ROI against all marketing programs. POE Management Independently manage POE compliance: ensuring all activities are executed under the POE guidance of alliance partners. 100% attainment of accuracy of POEs guidelines to be maintained during marketing activity execution Key Expertise Required: a) Experience in planning and managing B2B Marketing campaigns with a mix of: Webinars / events Digital / Social content creation & campaign management Planning and management of end-to-end execution of Channel Co marketing campaigns, such as B2B webinars / events with the channel partners, enablement & other activation programs Tele Lead Generation b) Experience in B2B IT marketing will be an added advantage Self-starter, independent, proactive, results-oriented, hard worker, and a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand. Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication.
