Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Field Operations (50%) Supervise and manage deployment of security guards across client sites in Pune and surrounding areas. Conduct regular site visits to ensure service quality, discipline, and compliance with client requirements. Coordinate with guards for attendance, duty rosters, and issue resolution. Act as a liaison between management and field staff, ensuring smooth communication. Handle on-ground recruitment and training of new guards as per agency standards. Field Sales & Client Acquisition (50%) Identify and approach potential clients (corporates, housing societies, factories, etc.) for company services. Schedule and conduct client meetings, give service presentations, and negotiate contracts. Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Prepare and submit reports on sales performance and market trends. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 0-2 years of experience in field operations, preferably in security services, facility management, or manpower services. Proven experience in B2B sales or client handling. Good knowledge of Pune city and nearby industrial/residential zones. Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English. Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and manage time efficiently. Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory). Education: 12th pass + any Graduate Candidates with background in Army/Police/Defense or relevant field experience are preferred.
