Sales Executive Process

1.Review and Prioritize daily task and Client inquiries

2.Make outbound calls or email to Potential client.

3.Send Add new leads in CRM request to reporting manager

4.Update details in CRM under note section

5.Schedule experience centre visits, site visits & office meeting appointment

6.Book dates and time in google calander as task or meeting schedule

7.Take Customer requirements as per the KYC form questionnaire and floor plan which need to be update in CRM

8.Prepare Mood Board as per requirement

9.Prepare Quotation as per customer requirement and budget

10.Preparing Minutes of Meeting after every client meeting and sharing it with client.

11.Schedule Meeting with Client to discuss on quotation and mood Board

12.Create WhatsApp group adding your reporting manager

13.After the meeting, the Executive needs to prepare MOM which needs to be shared with the client.

14.Prepare Revised Quotation if required and re schedule meeting with the client

15.Follow up on leads, nurture client relationships, and negotiate terms to close sales effectively.

16.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, contracts, mom and transactions in the company's CRM system.

17.Once Receiving Advance send welcome mail with the Quotation finalised, MOM of discussion with KYC form and Payment receipt

18.Fix a meeting with the client to introduce the designer and provide KT to the Designer with KYC and MOM of final sales closer meeting19Collect client feedback post-project completion to ensure client satisfaction and use it for service improvement and sales reference

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
