Job Title: Supervisor – Production

Experience: Minimum 3 years in garment manufacturing industry
Age Requirement: 28+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage floor-level operations across cutting, stitching, finishing, and dispatch units.
• Ensure timely completion of production targets as per quality standards.
• Coordinate with masterji, workers, and management to resolve issues in real-time.
• Maintain discipline and streamline workforce efficiency.
• Track material usage, wastage, and stock movement during production.
• Prepare and maintain shift-wise progress reports.
• Implement SOPs strictly and uphold safety compliance.
• Conduct quality checks at various stages and rectify deviations immediately.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Clear communication in Hindi (English preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic computer knowledge – Excel, WhatsApp usage
• Attention to detail and discipline in execution
• Experience handling 40+ workers

Preferred Background:

• Worked in a uniform/stitching/garment manufacturing unit
• Comfortable working long shifts and standing on the floor
• Should be physically fit and have a commanding presence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,862.33 - ₹22,500.00 per month
