Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder (Fashion Designer) located in Surat. The Co-Founder will be responsible for design and creating new collections, and overseeing the production process. Daily tasks include conceptualizing and designing wedding wear, coordinating with suppliers and artisans, and ensuring high-quality standards. The Co-Founder will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to position the brand effectively in the market.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research ability to understand market trends and customer preferences
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, suppliers, and clients
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to develop effective strategies and grow the brand
• Proven 3-4 year experience in fashion design, especially in the wedding wear segment
• Ability to lead and inspire a team
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design or related field
