Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Fabric Executive to manage day-to-day fabric operations. The ideal candidate will handle sourcing, inward/outward tracking, inspection, inventory, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely availability and quality of fabric for production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers for fabric procurement and deliveries.
• Maintain fabric stock records, issue slips, and inward/outward registers.
• Inspect fabric for quality parameters like GSM, shrinkage, shade, and defects.
• Follow up on lab testing reports and maintain fabric inspection records.
• Support the merchandising team with fabric-related data and requirements.
• Work closely with the cutting and production team for fabric issuance planning.
• Monitor storage conditions to avoid damage and ensure fabric safety.
• Prepare daily/weekly fabric status reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma in Textile / Apparel preferred.
• 4-6 years experience in fabric handling or fabric store operations.
• Knowledge of different fabric types and quality standards.
• Good in MS Excel / ERP (if applicable).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
