We are currently seeking individuals for the position of Inbound Technical Support Process for US Shift. As a Tech Support Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. Your role will involve diagnosing problems, recommending solutions, and offering technical support plans and software to customers. Ideal candidates for this position should have: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Outbound Tech Support - Ability to independently close calls - Strong convincing and sales skills - Knowledge of BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS - Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac, iPhone, and iPad This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 22,000 per month (fixed) along with lucrative incentives. The shift timings are based on US hours. Additionally, employees will receive fixed salary deposits on the 1st of every month, along with various benefits such as leaves, compensatory offs, birthday leaves, medical benefits, and performance-based incentives.
