About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize innovative, brand-specific stall designs for exhibitions and events.
• Create detailed 2D layouts, 3D designs, and renders using tools like SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Work within client briefs, budgets, and timelines to deliver creative yet practical solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, production teams, and fabricators to ensure technical feasibility.
• Make mood boards, material references, and visual storytelling decks to present to clients.
• Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining visual impact and functionality.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in exhibition design and materials.
  

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Exhibition Design, or related field.
• Proficiency in design software: SketchUp, 3Ds Max/V-Ray, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Illustrator).
• Strong visualization, spatial planning, and presentation skills.
• Excellent understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and on-site limitations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Prior experience in exhibition or experiential design is a must.

• Experience working with international brands or large-format exhibitions.
• Understanding of branding and customer experience in physical spaces.
