Brief Role Description 

Narayana One Health is in the process of setting up a strategic team tasked with bringing healthcare closer to patients. The initiative involves setting up primary and secondary care services that are easily accessible to patients and are supported by hyper-responsive processes built to keep patient needs and satisfaction at the centre of focus. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between Narayana One Health’s offering and patient’s everyday healthcare needs and provide patients access to a continuum of care tailored to their specific healthcare needs. 

Narayana One Health is looking for an Executive/Senior Executive for Bangalore, India. This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes on spreading Narayana Arya Health Insurance benefits in Bangalore (Karnataka). Your role will entail generating leads from in-market channels ,corporate and communities, qualifying leads, directly interacting with customers, enrolling them, and achieving sales numbers. The ultimate goal is to make Narayana Arya Insurance successful by educating and enrolling individuals and families into our healthcare insurance plans. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  1. Geographical Intimacy – Identify apartments, schools, offices, places of worship, etc., and build relationships with key decision-makers. 

  1. Identify major congregation points in your assigned pin codes (gatherings of > 20 people). 

  1. Generate leads through in-market channels and corporate ,communities etc and converting generated leads into sales. 

  1. Carry out lead generation activities and enrolments in the assigned geography. 

  1. Engage and collaborate with decision makers in corporates, residential societies and other commercial channels. 

  1. Set up scheduled demos or follow-ups and close sales. 

  1. Update task/activity/relevant data in company platforms. 

  1. Execute Right Execution Daily (RED) and adhere to the Program Guidelines of P-100 

  1. Achieve weekly OKR-based sales and lead generation targets. 

  1. Close high-quality leads and enrol them into Narayana Arya Insurance. 

 

Requirements and skills 

 

  1. Graduate Degree with Relevant Experience in Sales Role/Fresher. 

  1. Insurance sales experience preferred. 

  1. Keen Interest in Healthcare. 

  1. Passion for new Business Initiatives. 

  1. A knack for sales and positioning an idea. 

  1. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audience. 

  1. Good Communication Skills. 

  1. Proficient in using CRM, Analytical Tools.
