Executive Liaison

Department: Liaison Executive Location: Surat,Gujarat Experience: 3+ Years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Liaison Executive with a proven track record of working with Gujarat-based energy and utility organizations such as GETCO, Torrent Power, DGVCL,GEDA and many more. The role involves coordinating with government departments, regulatory agencies, and private utility companies to facilitate approvals, clearances, and maintain compliance for power and energy-related projects. Key Responsibilities:  Liaise for obtaining approvals, sanctions, load permissions, and right-of-way clearances for electrical infrastructure and renewable energy projects.  Coordinate the submission and follow-up of applications, project reports, and technical documentation to GETCO, GEDA,Torrent Power,DGVCL etc..  Ensure timely renewals and compliance with energy regulations, policies, and norms.  Attend meetings, inspections, and site visits with government or utility representatives as required.  Assist internal teams (engineering, legal, project) with regulatory guidance and required documentation.  Stay updated with the latest policies, circulars, and amendments from state energy authorities and regulatory bodies.  Handle any issues or objections raised by government/utility departments and provide resolutions in a timely manner.  Maintain accurate records of all communication, documentation, and approvals. Required Qualifications:  Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Engineering, Science, or Business Administration).  3+ years of experience in liaison roles within the power, electrical infrastructure, or renewable energy sectors.  Hands-on experience dealing with GETCO, Torrent Power, DGVCL,GEDA is mandatory.  Strong understanding of regulatory processes, energy project lifecycles, and compliance requirements in Gujarat.
