Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive-Inside Sales in the US Market at NGenious Solutions, Inc. located in Thane. The role involves driving sales efforts, identifying prospective clients, managing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. As an Executive-Inside Sales professional, you will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets while representing the company's values and mission. Key Skills required for this role include understanding of both US and India Markets, selling in the Services Industry with workable Microsoft product knowledge, lead generation (preferably IT services), proficiency in Email Campaigns (Appollo.io), lead generation tools, and CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. It would be beneficial to have a US accent/refined accent for this position. As an Executive-Inside Sales, your responsibilities will include identifying and targeting potential customers in North America and India through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media. You will conduct thorough market research to understand trends and customer requirements specific to these regions. It is crucial to have an understanding of cultural differences and market dynamics in the US and India. You will be expected to proactively generate prospects through research, networking, and social media, while maintaining email campaigns using Appollo.Io and reporting on the progress. Qualifying leads, setting appointments for follow-up discussions, and presenting/demonstrating products/services to prospects will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will need to make 50+ calls daily to North America and work night shifts when necessary. Building relationships with key contacts and decision-makers within prospected companies, using a complex technical, solution-based sales approach to sign new accounts, is essential. High-level selling skills including Software Solution Selling, Software Service Selling, etc., will be required. You must also focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive customer loyalty. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies tailored to each market, accurately tracking and managing sales activities, maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM system, and meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets are critical aspects of this role. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a must. Qualifications for this position include strong sales and negotiation skills, experience in B2B sales and account management, knowledge of CRM software and sales tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, understanding of the IT industry, and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
