Role & responsibilities : 1) Coordinate with Customs Brokers and other functions to streamline cross border operations 2) Coordinate with C&F Agent for smooth delivery 3) Should be able to do vessel/ airline inquiry and tracking the shipment. 4) Should be well versed with import documentation procedure related to Air and Sea. 5) Knowledge of Bill of Lading 6) Should have knowledge on customs tariff, custom notification. 7) Good knowledge of spoken and written English 8) Should have good idea about shipment policy, insurance. 9) Assist in carrier selection while focused on cost control and continuous improvement 10) Assist in daily communication with carriers including articulating booking instructions as required. 11) Assist in investigating, negotiating and processing claims related to transportation. 12) Should be able to coordinate with clients and staff. Preferred candidate profile ; Female Candidates with Exposure to Import Documentation and having a diploma in Export-Import
