We are seeking multifaceted engineers and managers to join this dynamic journey and

contribute meaningfully across product innovation, site operations, and project delivery.

Role Overview

The role involves handling end-to-end execution and development in our engineering and

construction verticals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D,

production, design, marketing, and business leadership to deliver engineering excellence

from the drawing board to the execution site.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

• Assist in designing and developing innovative precast and construction components
• Collaborate with R&D, design, and prototyping teams to transition concepts into

scalable products

• Conduct performance testing, quality validation, and continuous improvement trials
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for material sourcing and technical support

Production

• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules with precision
• Monitor resource planning materials, machinery, manpower
• Ensure stringent quality checks, adherence to engineering specs, and timely delivery
• Support root cause analysis and process refinement to eliminate downtime

Project Management

• Support development of Gantt charts, BOMs, timelines, and budget estimates
• Coordinate execution by aligning with procurement, subcontractors, and clients
• Track real-time project metrics productivity, timelines, costs, and deviations
• Prepare milestone reports, update drawings, and ensure site compliance

Construction Management & Onsite Installation

• Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring efficient and safe operations
• Supervise installation of prefabricated components in line with engineering drawings
• Conduct site audits for safety, quality, and compliance
• Coordinate with clients and consultants for approvals, snag rectification, and

handover

Key Skills & Competencies

• Exposure to construction management, project execution, or precast technology
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, ERP, and documentation tools
• Excellent communication, team collaboration, and on-site problem-solving skills
• Understanding of building codes, safety norms, and green building practices
