structural, and MEP).
3. Ability to take off quantities from construction drawings and prepare cost estimates.
4. In-depth knowledge of design principles and the construction process.
5. Experience in handling large-scale residential building projects.
6. Proficiency in construction project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or
similar).
7. Familiarity with industry standards and local building codes.
