About The Role

We are looking for a driven and experienced Client Servicing & Operations to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in client servicing and has successfully managed and executed events from start to finish. The right candidate will be proactive, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with efficiency and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication at all stages of the project.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their goals and consistently delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Take full ownership of event management, including ideation, planning, execution, and post-event wrap-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align on deliverables, timelines, and creative requirements.
  • Handle on-ground execution of events, ensuring all elements run smoothly and meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate and negotiate with vendors for event-related services, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Maintain and grow a reliable vendor network to support various operational requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and efficient resource allocation for projects.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 4 years of relevant experience in client servicing, event management, and operations.
  • Proven ability to manage clients independently and execute events end-to-end.
  • Prior experience working directly with clients on live projects is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating and presenting impactful presentations.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
