Key Responsibilities: Outbound Sales Calls Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products or services, qualify leads, and generate sales opportunities. Lead Generation Identify potential leads through telecalling efforts. Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to drive sales. Sales Conversion Engage with prospects to explain product features, benefits, and pricing. Address objections and close sales effectively to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers. Provide exceptional service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. CRM Management Enter and update customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system. Track and report on sales performance, lead status, and other key metrics. Market Research Gather and analyze information about market trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Use insights to improve sales strategies and tailor sales pitches. Product Knowledge Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry developments. Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding our offerings. Sales Reporting Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and performance metrics to management. Customer Service Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally. Ensure a positive experience for all customers throughout the sales process.
