Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Ahmedabad. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules and communications for executives, handling expense reports, and coordinating executive activities. Day-to-day tasks include organizing meetings, preparing comprehensive reports, and maintaining confidential information.

Qualifications

Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
Proficiency in handling Expense Reports and Executive Support
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in an executive support role is beneficial
Store stock maintain
