Job Description

Executive Assistant responsibilities:

1. Manage scheduling for company executive(s)

2. Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)

3. Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings

4. Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive

5. Prioritize emails and respond when necessary

6. Coordinate travel arrangements

7. Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)

8. Fix and Folloup on the Meeting's

9. Maintain and report of all daily reporting activities.

Need to be highly organized and punctual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
