About Company:

Position Name : Executive/Jr Manager -DRI-Process 900 /600 TPD_

Location : Jharkhand

Qualification : B.Tech /Diploma -

Experience : 5+ Years

Purpose of the job:

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor the DRI plant process from the control room, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and production targets are met.(350 TPD/500 TPD)
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions.
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to schedule and perform maintenance tasks as needed.
Monitor process parameters and make adjustments to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Maintain accurate records of plant operations, including production data, equipment logs, and maintenance activities.
Train and mentor junior operators to ensure they are proficient in plant operations and safety procedures.
