Position: Sr. Officer/ Assistant Manager - Stores Location: Gujarat Experience: 5 to 13 years Qualification: BCom/MCom Job Purpose: The incumbent will be responsible to manage the store operations at the Ferro Alloys plant/Mining , ensuring efficient inventory control, storage, and timely issuance of materials, spares, and consumables to support uninterrupted plant and furnace operations. Job Responsibilities: Supervise daily store operations at the Ferro Alloys unit/ Mining, ensuring accurate inward/outward entries. Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of ferro alloy-specific consumables, spares, electrodes, refractory items, and maintenance tools. Maintain bin cards, stock registers, and system records in ERP (SAP or equivalent). Ensure adherence to FIFO/LIFO practices and material traceability. Ensure proper documentation for all store transactions (GRN, issue slips, material return notes, gate passes). Support statutory and internal audits by maintaining updated records and compliance with SOPs. Comply with safety, fire, and environmental norms applicable to the storage of hazardous materials.
