Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the service team to handle installation, commissioning, and maintenance of CNC Fiber Laser and Plasma Cutting Machines.
Manage and coordinate customer service calls, breakdowns, AMC, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Assign field service engineers for site visits and monitor timely resolution of issues.
Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues related to CNC cutting systems.
Maintain service documentation including service reports, installation logs, and customer feedback records.
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective technical support.
Collaborate with R&D and production teams to resolve recurring issues and improve machine reliability.
Conduct training sessions for internal team members and end-users.
Travel across India as required for service support and audits.

Key Requirements:

Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in servicing CNC laser/plasma cutting machines or industrial automation systems.
Strong knowledge of laser sources, motion systems, drives, controllers, and CAD/CAM software.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of service engineers.
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Willingness to travel frequently.
