JOB DESCRIPTION Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Zonal Operations Management Own and manage the entire logistics network across the Southern zone (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala). Ensure smooth first-mile, mid-mile, and last-mile delivery operations. Lead the planning and execution of regional logistics strategies aligned with business goals. 2. Performance & Cost Efficiency Drive KPIs around delivery TAT, cost per shipment, vehicle utilization, and service level adherence. Optimize cost through route planning, vendor negotiations, and consolidated shipments. 3. Vendor & Partner Management Manage logistics vendors and transport partners across the region. Monitor vendor performance and ensure contractual compliance. 4. People Leadership Lead a regional team of State Managers & hub in-charges. Build capability, provide mentorship, and ensure performance-driven culture across the zone. 5. Customer Experience Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting delivery SLAs and reducing escalations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Central SCM SCE) for proactive problem-solving. 6. Compliance & Risk Control Ensure compliance with local transport laws, safety regulations, and internal SOPs. 7. Technology & Reporting Leverage technology platforms for real-time tracking, analytics, and MIS reporting. Drive adoption of tech tools across field operations. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree (B.E/B.Com/BBA). MBA in Supply Chain or Operations is preferred. 10+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, with at least 3–5 years in a regional leadership role. Should speak Telugu, Hindi, English. Tamil & Kannada are added advantage. Strong understanding of hub & spoke models, rural & urban distribution, FTL/PTL modes. Proficiency in data analysis, budgeting, and logistics software (TMS/WMS). Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to travel across the region as required. Job Description Responsibilities: Plan and execute all digital marketing efforts, including SEO / SEM, display advertising campaigns etc. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Track and optimize for key metrics such as CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and ROAS. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Should have strong analytical skills. Requirements and Skills: Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in digital marketing is mandatory. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media campaigns. Hand on experience of analytics tools, such as Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer etc. Experience in conducting A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.
