We have been mandated by a large global conglomerate for the below mentioned position. Position Name : Sr. Officer/ Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing Location : Valsad, Gujarat Qualification: Bachelors / Masters in Business Administration, MBA in Marketing Experience: 5 to 12 Years Job Purpose: Responsible for generating and converting offers into sales for ferro alloys in domestic markets. The role involves price negotiations, client relationship management, market intelligence gathering, and coordinating with logistics and production teams to ensure seamless execution of orders. Roles & Responsibilities: Generate and respond to customer inquiries and RFQs (Requests for Quotation) for ferro alloys. Prepare commercial offers in line with market conditions, pricing strategies, and cost structures. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and trading partners. Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts while ensuring profitability. Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per the business plan. Maintain accurate records of offers, negotiations, and closed deals in CRM or ERP systems. Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings when required. Preferred candidate profile : Looking for candidates with minimum 5 years of exp. in Ferro Alloy Sales & Marketing.
