Event Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Manager with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event planning and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing events, ensuring they run smoothly and align with our company’s goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including corporate gatherings, product launches, conferences, exhibitions, and social events.
• Develop event concepts, themes, and objectives based on company goals and client requirements.
• Handle all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, vendor negotiations, venue selection, and logistics.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event timelines, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Supervise event setup, branding, technical requirements, and on-site operations.
• Handle event marketing, promotions, and communication strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and PR.
• Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations for all events.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise before, during, and after events.
• Collect feedback and conduct post-event evaluations to improve future event planning
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event planning, coordination, and execution.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
