Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an EV Trainer located in Hyderabad. The EV Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs related to electric vehicles (EV) to various demographics. Day-to-day tasks include creating training materials, conducting practical training sessions, assessing trainees' progress, providing feedback, and staying up-to-date with advancements in EV technology. The trainer will also collaborate with other team members to ensure the training programs meet the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in Electric Vehicle (EV) technology and mechanics
• Skills in developing and delivering effective training programs
• Strong communication and mentoring skills to engage and motivate trainees
• Experience in evaluating and assessing trainees' progress
• Ability to adapt to new educational technologies and methodologies
• Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in EV technology are required
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive, or related field is a plus
• Experience in skill development and technical training is beneficial
