Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Europe Counsellor. The Europe Counsellor will be responsible for providing comprehensive guidance to students seeking higher education opportunities in European countries. The day-to-day tasks include one-on-one counseling sessions with students, assisting with application processes, providing information on courses, universities, and visa procedures, conducting research on educational trends in Europe, and coordinating with universities. Collaboration with other team members to develop and implement strategies for increasing student enrollments is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with relevant industry & domain experience
• Strong knowledge of European education systems, universities, and courses
• Experience in student counseling and educational consultancy
• Research skills to stay updated with educational trends and policies in Europe
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or related field
