Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented ERP Sales Consultant who can drive B2B software sales, understand client needs, and build strong relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling ERP or software solutions and a strong ability to present and communicate with decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with potential clients for customized ERP solutions. Understand client pain points and recommend appropriate software solutions. Conduct product presentations and solution demos. Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Coordinate with the technical team for smooth delivery and implementation. Meet assigned sales targets and report progress regularly. Required Skills & Qualifications 1 to 6 years of experience in IT Software Sales / ERP Software Sales . Strong understanding of business processes (finance, inventory, sales, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-driven with a consultative sales approach. Bachelor's degree (BBA/B.E./B.Tech) required; MBA preferred.
