As an Enterprise Sales Manager, your main objective will be to identify and engage potential enterprise-level clients that could benefit from the company's products or services. You will also play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in target enterprises. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering persuasive sales presentations to illustrate how the products or services can align with and support the strategic goals of the enterprise. In this role, you will be tasked with: - Taking charge of expediting the closure of Commercial Food Court Contracts while devising strategies to maximize revenue and ensuring the optimal deployment of F&B vendors/brands. - Establishing and nurturing relationships with Commercial Property Developers, Managing Agencies, and a wide array of F&B brands to accelerate the conversion process. - Seeking individuals who are highly motivated, intellectually curious, possess structured thinking, and excel at problem-solving through a process-driven approach to establishing commercial partnerships across different sectors. - Adopting a target-driven approach to achieve the company's revenue objectives. - Developing and managing a robust pipeline while maintaining a high rate of conversion. Qualifications for this role include: - Preferably candidates from Tier-1 Colleges or with experience in the B2B/B2C food and technology sectors. - Proficiency in negotiation and relationship-building. - Essential connections with Commercial Property Developers and F&B Brands/Restaurants. - Thorough understanding of commercial food court operations, including layout, design requirements, and operational models. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales. - Strong focus, adept time management and planning skills. - Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
