We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Performance Test Engineer with 4 years of hands-on experience in performance and load testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the scalability, stability, and performance of applications through rigorous testing methodologies, using industry-standard tools. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies for web and enterprise applications. Develop and maintain performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter , LoadRunner , Gatling , or NeoLoad . Strong experience with one or more performance testing tools: Apache JMeter, Client LoadRunner, NeoLoad, Gatling , etc Experience with application monitoring and profiling tools like Dynatrace , AppDynamics , New Relic , or similar. Solid understanding of web protocols (HTTP/S), APIs, client-server architecture, and network fundamentals. Ability to analyze system performance data and identify areas of concern. Experience with scripting languages (eg, Java , Groovy , Python , or JavaScript ) for custom test development. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating performance tests into DevOps workflows. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure, GCP ) and testing cloud-native applications. Understanding of microservices architecture and testing distributed systems. Exposure to container technologies ( Docker, Kubernetes ) for performance testing in containerized environments. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of database performance testing and tuning.
