About Us

Birla Open Minds School, Bandlaguda Jagir, is committed to providing holistic and progressive education that nurtures young minds to become confident, responsible, and lifelong learners. We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Teacher to join our Middle and High School team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons for Grades 8 to 10 in accordance with the school curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students’ creativity, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Design and assess assignments, projects, and exams to evaluate student progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain regular communication with parents regarding academic performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary teaching and participate in school events, workshops, and professional development programs.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic progress.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English Literature or related field.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in middle or high school, preferably in CBSE or ICSE curriculum.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring adolescents.
• Proficiency with digital tools and online teaching platforms is an added advantage.
