English Language Teacher

Role Overview:

We are seeking passionate and proficient English Language Faculty Members to deliver engaging, high-quality English language instruction to school students under the Speeki SPARK program. This is a full-time, on-site teaching role, based at ERAM School’s Palakkad campus, requiring strong classroom delivery, academic adaptability, and contribution to curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities:

● Classroom Teaching: Deliver engaging and effective English language lessons to school students based on the Speeki SPARK curriculum.

● Adherence to School Schedule: Work full-time during school hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), in line with ERAM’s institutional timetable.

● Curriculum Alignment: Study and understand the English textbooks used across different syllabi in the ERAM campuses (CBSE, State, etc.) to align teaching content accordingly.

● Curriculum Development: Actively contribute to content structuring, lesson planning, and refinement of teaching materials under the guidance of the Academic Manager.

● Student-Centered Approach: Adapt teaching methods to suit varying learner levels and create a supportive, inclusive classroom environment.

● Reporting & Coordination: Report to the Academic Manager regarding lesson progress, classroom challenges, and learner outcomes.

● Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow faculty, school staff, and coordinators to ensure seamless academic delivery and program integration.

Required Qualifications:

● Educational Background:

○ Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in English Language, Literature, ELT, or related field

○ B.Ed in English

● Language Proficiency:

○ Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are non-negotiable

○ Clear pronunciation, confident classroom presence, and an engaging teaching style

● Other Requirements:

○ Willingness to relocate or commute daily to Pattambi (Palakkad)

○ Previous classroom teaching experience is highly preferred

○ Strong understanding of Indian school curricula and learner profiles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
