Part-Time English Faculty – Grade 11 (PU Level)

Job Location: Future Foundation PU College, Jalahalli, Bangalore

Work Schedule: Wednesdays and Fridays

Job Summary:

Future Foundation is hiring a part-time English Faculty member to teach Grade 11 students under the State Board curriculum. The ideal candidate must have teaching experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for academic excellence. This role is best suited for individuals who can join immediately and are available on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver English lessons to Grade 11 students as per the Karnataka State PU Board syllabus
• Prepare and implement structured lesson plans that enhance reading, writing, grammar, and literature skills
• Engage students through interactive and concept-based teaching methods
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and verbal feedback
• Foster a classroom environment that promotes active learning and participation
• Provide academic support and motivation to help students perform well in examinations
• Coordinate with the academic coordinator for syllabus planning and student performance tracking
• Maintain proper discipline and student engagement during sessions
• Support students in developing their communication, comprehension, and critical thinking abilities

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s Degree in English (MA English – Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum Fresher – 2 years of relevant teaching experience, especially at the PU/Grade 11 level
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Classroom management and student engagement techniques
• Subject clarity and the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Punctual, reliable, and student-focused

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Available for immediate joining
• Resident of or able to commute to Jalahalli, Bangalore
• Familiar with the Karnataka State Board curriculum
• Passionate about teaching and guiding pre-university students

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week
