Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified engineering candidates (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, etc.) for various client requirements.
• Manage the entire recruitment cycle—from requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, coordination, and closure.
• Use multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in ATS or spreadsheets.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, account managers, and candidates.
• Meet weekly/monthly targets and deadlines in a high-performance, high-output environment.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in engineering recruitment or technical staffing.
• Strong understanding of engineering roles and technical skillsets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment tools
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.
