Job Description: Role Context: Role Engineering Manager Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in engineering management, project management, and task management The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience either in in front-end (web development) or backend technologies (NodeDot JS and JavaScript) with 6- years of technical expertise and 2-3 years of experience in team management, ideally from Tier II engineering colleges A background in product-oriented organizations is highly preferred, Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage a development team, ensuring efficient task management, project delivery, and alignment with overall business goals, Lead technical projects, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to timelines, Provide hands-on guidance and expertise in front-end or backend development, focusing on scalable and maintainable solutions, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement product features, Drive team growth by mentoring and fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive team culture, Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, delivering presentations and updates as needed, Requirements: Experience: 6- years of hands-on development in front-end technologies (web development) or backend (NodeDot JS and JavaScript), Team Management: 2-3 years of experience managing and mentoring engineering teams, Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, preferably from Tier II engineering institutions, Technical Proficiency: Strong technical foundation with a proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced, product-driven environment, Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders, Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in product-based organizations, Familiarity with agile methodologies and best practices in software development,
