Job Description

trainingRole & responsibilities Ensure compliance with all national safety regulations and client-specific HSE standards for T&D projects. Monitor critical high-risk activities such as: Tower erection and foundation works Conductor stringing under live-line conditions Working at height and in remote terrain Substation civil, electrical, and commissioning works Conduct site-specific risk assessments, JSA, and HIRA for all phases of the project. Enforce use of PPE, fall protection, scaffolding safety, and LOTO procedures. Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and job-specific trainings for workers and contractors. Maintain safety records (daily reports, inspection checklists, incident logs). Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and compliance tracking. Coordinate with client HSE teams and third-party safety audits. Investigate incidents, near misses, and prepare root cause analyses with CAPA. Plan and conduct emergency drills (fire, electrical shocks, fall rescue, etc.) Promote a proactive safety culture at the site by engaging with engineers, supervisors, and laborers. Locations - Jammu & Kashmir, Kurnool-South, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Khavda- Gujarat
