Job Description

Perform basic testing of cells, modules, and packs as per QC protocols. Record, maintain, and analyze QC data to support quality assurance reports. Provide technical support to the service team during battery troubleshooting and repair activities. Support the service team in diagnosing and resolving customer complaints and technical issues related to battery performance Conduct routine testing of batteries and ensure calibration and maintenance of testing equipment. Assist in battery faults at customer sites or in-house service.
