• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability for production needs. • Maintain accurate records of materials and products using Tally and Excel. • Assist in receiving, storing, and issuing materials as per company procedures. • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries and replenishments. • Perform regularstock audits and maintain inventory accuracy. • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in the store. • Support other departments with store-related tasks as required. • Monitor all inventory control processes and documents all procedures to maintain all equipment and tools. Perform basic testing of cells, modules, and packs as per QC protocols. Record, maintain, and analyze QC data to support quality assurance reports. Provide technical support to the service team during battery troubleshooting and repair activities. Support the service team in diagnosing and resolving customer complaints and technical issues related to battery performance Conduct routine testing of batteries and ensure calibration and maintenance of testing equipment. Assist in battery faults at customer sites or in-house service.
