Job Description

Supervise implementation of Internal Planning, Project Management, Quality Business Excellence systems controls across Brigade Group (Brigade) to enable seamless collaboration across Functions / Stakeholders and drive scalable Organizational growth

Core Responsibilities

Responsible for Planning and Project controls .Preparation of Cash flows, project budgetary allocations, resource mobilization plans and inputs for Business plan. Productivity analysis has to be carried out to identify the potential risk due to lower output and also devise mitigate plans. Preparation of drawing control log/drawing tracker/RFI Tracker/procurement tracker. Should lead the planning function effectively across the multiple projects verticals. Should be able to generate multiple reports for management across different departments.

What are we looking for(Specific Skill Set)

Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry Knowledge of Engineering Concepts and Technology Knowledge of Project Planning Knowledge of Regulatory Framework applicable to projects

Qualifications

BE with 2+ years of experience in project execution
