Engineer - PPC

Job Description:

We are looking for a PPC Engineer with 3 years of hands-on experience in Production Planning and Control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, ensuring material availability, and optimizing resources to meet production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Coordinate with stores, purchase, and production teams to ensure material availability.
• Analyze capacity and workloads to optimize planning and output.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, delays, and deviations.
• Ensure timely delivery and dispatch coordination.
• Generate regular reports for management on production status.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a PPC role in a manufacturing setup.
• Good understanding of production workflows, BOM, and inventory management.
• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Remuneration:

• Monthly Salary: ₹27,000 CTC
