Education

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Experience

• Proven experience in software troubleshooting.
• Experience in Chromeleon installations and qualifications.
• Extensive customer support experience.

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Must be willing to travel extensively to support a large pharmaceutical customer base.
