Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and manage employee recognition programs.
  • Facilitate workshops and seminars on various topics.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness.
  • Design and implement effective training programs.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Assess the training needs of employees through surveys and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
