Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries related to product/service issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Process emails received from customers in a timely manner and respond with relevant solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-3 years of experience in BPO non-voice processes or similar industries.
  • Proficiency in English language (written communication).
  • Excellent written communication skills for effective email writing and handling.
  • Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
  • Ability to work remotely from home location.

Perferred candidate skills

  • Education

    : PUC / Any Graduate
  • Experience

    : Min 6months in email Support
  • Language

    : English + Hindi
  • Working Hours

     : 6 days working (Any 9 hours Login) - 24/7 shift
  • Average Salary

     : CTC
