ELK Developer - Elastic Search | Kibana

As a skilled ELK (ElasticSearch, Logstash, and Kibana) Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ELK stack solutions to create and manage large-scale elastic search clusters on Production and DR environments. Your primary focus will be on designing end-to-end solutions that emphasize performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability. You will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create prototypes and adopt agile and DevOps practices to align with the product delivery lifecycle. Automation of processes using relevant tools and frameworks will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will work closely with Infrastructure and development teams for capacity planning and deployment strategy to achieve a highly available and scalable architecture. Your proficiency in developing ELK stack solutions, including Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana, will be crucial. Experience in upgrading Elasticsearch across major versions, managing large applications in production environments, and proficiency in Python is required. Familiarity with Elasticsearch Painless scripting language, Linux/Unix operating systems (preferably CentOS/RHEL), Oracle PL/SQL, scripting technologies, Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, ITIL, Agile, Jira, Confluence, and security best practices will be advantageous. You should be well versed in applications/infrastructure logging and monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus. Your skills should include configuring, maintaining, tuning, administering, and troubleshooting Elasticsearch clusters in a cloud environment, understanding Elastic cluster architecture, design, and deployment, and handling JSON data ingest proficiently. Agile development experience, proficiency in source control using Git, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with DevOps, Product, and Project Management teams are essential. Your initiative and problem-solving abilities will be crucial in this role, along with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time optimally.,
